Our team continues to investigate the slowness within the inbox and documents that are corrupt after editing. We recommend that users do not edit documents within Updox until further notice. Some users may also experience delays with receiving faxes inside the Updox inbox, and when using the Updox virtual printer. Thank you for your patience.

Updox has identified that some users may experience slowness within the inbox. We are also experiencing a disruption in service with Document Editing. Edits may corrupt a document and render it inaccessible. We are investigating the issue and will post updates every 30 minutes.
